This plan gives maximum coverage of 10K per year, beginning day one and also has a one-time lifetime deductible of $100. This plan is associated with an association, so in essence it is a group dental plan that anyone can join. Additional very nice benefits are offered thru the association including: Lifelock, roadside assistance, Teladoc, 24-hour Nurse Line and more.The insurance plan is offered thru Met Life Insurance Company and has an extensive network or contracted providers along with an optional Vision plan. This plan would begin the first day of the next month after enrollment.
