✅ General FAQs

Q: Do you charge for your services?
A: No. My services are completely free to you. I’m compensated by the insurance companies, not by my clients—so you get expert help at no cost.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: I serve clients throughout Florida, especially in Port Saint Lucie, Fort Pierce, the Treasure Coast, and surrounding areas. Remote consultations are available, too!

Q: What makes Surefire Medical Protection different?
A: I provide personalized, pressure-free service, break down complex insurance information into simple terms, and stay in touch long after you enroll.

🏥 Medicare FAQs

Q: When can I enroll in Medicare?
A: You can enroll during your Initial Enrollment Period (around your 65th birthday), during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct. 15 – Dec. 7), or under certain special conditions.

Q: What’s the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement?
A: Medicare Advantage plans (Part C) combine hospital, medical, and often drug coverage in one plan. Medicare Supplement (Medigap) helps pay out-of-pocket costs for Original Medicare. I help you compare both and decide what fits best.

Q: Can I switch Medicare plans after enrolling?
A: Yes. There are specific enrollment windows each year when you can make changes, and special situations may allow earlier changes. I help you understand your options.

💻 ACA Marketplace FAQs

Q: Who qualifies for ACA Marketplace plans?
A: Most individuals and families under 65 can enroll. If you don’t have employer coverage or recently lost insurance, you're likely eligible. Financial help is also available!

Q: When is Open Enrollment for ACA plans?
A: ACA Open Enrollment runs from November 1 – December 15 each year. If you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period, you can enroll outside these dates.
